Using Light and Sound to Kill Cancer
The traditional treatments for cancer generally involve surgery to remove the affected area or chemotherapy. Both of these leave the body in a worsened state of health and cause a rapid decline in the cancer patient’s emotional and physical well-being. Because of this, there has been an increase in research towards available alternative cancer treatment options that could cure the chronic illness in a less invasive manner. One of the safest and most fascinating of them all is called sono-photo dynamic therapy, which uses light and sound to kill cancer cells.
How it Works
To receive this therapy, a person is injected with a form of chlorophyllin, which is so safe that it is often given to babies who have elevated bilirubin levels. Chlorophyllin has the unique ability to adhere to cancer cells and increase their sensitivity to light and sound. So, when light and sound at a specific frequency range is applied to the body, the cancer cells vibrate and quickly explode. This is possible because the chlorophyllin is positively charged, and the cancer cells contain negatively charged lactate because they are anaerobic. This causes the positively and negatively charged cells to become attracted to one another. The light and sound cause the chlorophyllin to become energized, and it reacts with surrounding oxygen to form free radical oxygen. This new oxygen is unstable, and it blasts away at the lining of the cancer cells, so they are destroyed.
There are few bad side effects to this treatment. Most patients experience fatigue, so they are encouraged to rest afterwards, instead of trying to resume their normal activities. There are positive side effects though. The patient’s physical pain will be reduced, and they will regain their appetite. Those with lung cancer can also breathe better after the treatment. This therapy is often used in conjunction with other herbs given by a naturopath that detoxify the body, such as milk thistle. This herb is also very gentle, and its only side effects are from the possible Herxheimer’s reaction that can happen. Patients might have nausea, weakness, and headache if they take too high of a dose initially. Therefore, it is best to start out with a small dose, and increase the amount that is taken gradually.
Types of Cancer That Can Treat
Sono-photo dynamic therapy works for a multitude of types of cancer, including leukemia, breast cancer, and bone cancer. It can even work on cancerous tumors. In fact, the person administering it doesn’t even need to know which type of cancer that a person has. But, it is helpful to at least know the region that the cancer is located in because the light and sound can be directed to that area though.
